Chain Tap — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This privacy policy applies to the Chain Tap mobile game (the "App"), published by Vedora Labs. Use of the App is also governed by our Terms of Use. It does not describe the Vedora Labs website; see our general privacy policy for website practices.
Summary
Vedora Labs does not require a separate account and does not sell your personal information. The App saves progress on your device and, if you use Google Play Games on Android, may sync a copy of game progress to Google's Saved Games service. The App shows ads through Google AdMob and offers a one-time purchase to remove interstitial ads. Google processes ad delivery, cloud save, sign-in, and payments under its own policies.
Game progress on your device and in Google Play
The App stores progress locally, including the current level, stars, daily-challenge streak, unlocked themes, settings, and whether you have removed ads. On Android, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, the App can upload and restore a snapshot of this progress through Google's Saved Games service so you can continue after reinstalling on the same Google account. Vedora Labs does not operate its own cloud database for this data. You can delete the Google Play cloud snapshot from Settings in the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes local progress. A Remove Ads purchase is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored from Google Play.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded videos (for example, for a hint or a skip). Rewarded videos stay available after you buy Remove Ads. Interstitial ads stop after that purchase.
AdMob and its partners may collect and use device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and limit ads, and to prevent fraud. On first launch the App can show Google's consent message where required. You can change ad privacy choices later from Settings in the App. Those choices are handled by Google's User Messaging Platform.
Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Vedora Labs does not receive your advertising identifier from AdMob and does not use a separate analytics SDK in the App.
Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time in-app product sold by Google Play. Google processes the payment. Vedora Labs does not collect your card number or billing address. Google may tell the App whether the purchase is owned so ads can stay removed on that device. Google Play's terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction.
What we do not collect
The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos. We do not sell personal information.
Device permissions
The App may use vibration for gameplay feedback. Internet access is used to load ads, show the consent message, and complete or restore a Play purchase. These permissions are not used to build a profile on Vedora Labs servers.
Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested with a maximum content rating of G. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party ad service in error, contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the App changes materially. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
