Chain Tap — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Chain Tap mobile application (the "App"), package name com.vedoralabs.chaintap, published by Vedora Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the App. These Terms apply only to Chain Tap, not to the general Vedora Labs website.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to these Terms, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly allows it. All rights not granted remain with Vedora Labs and its licensors.
Game progress and cloud save
Progress is stored on your device. On Android, optional Google Play Games cloud save may sync progress to your Google account. We do not guarantee that cloud save will always be available or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account used for sync. Deleting cloud save or local data may permanently remove progress.
In-app purchases
The App may offer digital items such as "Remove Ads" through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google, not Vedora Labs. Prices, taxes, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by Google Play's terms and policies. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are not transferable except as Google allows.
Advertising
The free version of the App may show advertisements served by Google AdMob and partners. Ad content and frequency may change. Purchasing Remove Ads removes interstitial ads as described in the App; rewarded video ads may remain optional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, interfere with other users or our systems, use the App for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Third-party services
The App relies on Google Play, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Vedora Labs is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEDORA LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU PAID NOTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
