Professor Rutwa Nashikkar's practice had outgrown its first identity as The English Fairy. Her clients were now senior women in boardrooms, investor meetings and leadership forums, and a warm coaching site read as spoken-English tuition. The new positioning, private executive communication advisory, needed a surface that signalled authority before a word was read, and an intake that screened for readiness instead of collecting casual inquiries.

Vedora Labs designed and engineered Vocal as a private institution accessed through a website. The hero is THE ROOM CHANGES, a ten-scene architectural film scrubbed by scroll: 1,093 frames drawn to canvas, with separate desktop and mobile frame sets, a preloader, and a still-frame fallback for reduced motion. Every headline is live HTML rather than baked into video, so it stays readable and indexable. Editorial sections carry the manifesto, the three-discipline Vocal Method, the advisory offers and the advisor, and the site closes with a five-step application covering role, the room, the friction, readiness and investment, validated at every step.

A brand that reads as executive advisory from the first frame, not an English class. Prospective clients self-select through the application instead of scattered DMs, and the flagship private advisory, capped at four clients a quarter, is presented with the gravity it deserves.
