How to choose a technology firm in India
Questions to ask before you hire a technology firm for a website, an Android or iOS app, or a custom application.

Match the firm to the artifact
A technology firm that builds campaigns is not the same as one that builds operational software. Decide which artifact you need: a website, an Android or iOS app, a custom application, or an AI layer on top of one of those. Then ask who has shipped that artifact recently, in production, under their own name or a client's.

Questions that expose the work
Who does the excavation, and are they in the build? What does week two look like? What will you own on launch day? What happens when a requirement contradicts the way the staff actually work? How are AI features supervised? Can I see a system that handles real money or real bookings?
Vague answers on ownership and on the human who approves an automated change are the answers to walk away from.

We work across India, remotely, on a published phone number and email. A city on a landing page is not a substitute for a person who replies. Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST is the window. Proposals follow a conversation, with fixed milestones when the scope is defined.
