What an IT firm should deliver besides a brochure

The brochure is not the engagement
An IT firm that only hands over a homepage has done the smallest slice of the job. The deliverable is a system: pages or applications that match the workflow, a way for your team to operate them, and a record of what was agreed. Vedora Labs is a technology and IT firm in India. We publish the crafts we actually practice: websites, custom applications, Android and iOS apps, and AI agents.
If a vendor cannot name which of those you are buying, the proposal is still a mood.

What should be in the folder at launch
A scope that a non-engineer can read. A production deployment, not a demo on a laptop. Access that your organization owns: domain, hosting, repositories, and third-party accounts. Basic measurement so you can see whether the launch did anything. For a website, indexable pages with titles and a sitemap. For an application, roles and a path for the person who will use it on Monday.
Support is part of the product. We offer evolution packages because a launch that nobody maintains starts decaying in the first month.

Proof over a capabilities deck
Ask to click the live system. Complytics, Mangalnath.org, Vocal, and North Star Consultings are public. A technology firm that cannot show production work is asking you to fund its education.
Senior attention matters. The failure mode we see most is a senior in the pitch and a rotating bench in the build. Our engagements are staffed as craft, from excavation through activation.
